Making the shift...
...from gas to electric.
I was on a zoom meeting this past Wednesday morning, sponsored by the city of Alameda (specifically AMP - Alameda Municipal Power), watching a chef explaining what 'induction' cooking is. He obviously knew what he was doing.
And I'm not the one who will jump off the cliff.
(Although, I did jump out of an airplane with a parachute attached to my back, and I landed safely, by myself. I took a lesson up in Vacaville.
I guess there's a first time for most everything.

The good news is that IF I go all-electric for my stove, I have some old cast iron pans that will love being used.
